RERA-Approved Owners Association Management

We have the experience and expertise of having set up and managed the affairs of Owners Associations including that of Bahrain’s biggest high rise residential complex.

Our expertise lies in the take-over process from project developers, establishing & setting up Owners Association, its by-laws, conducting the General Assembly Meetings of the Owners Association – sending out notices, meeting’s agenda, minutes of meeting, quorum, conducting elections to elect board members, verifying their eligibility to participate & vote, making & approving resolutions, preparing budgets and setting annual maintenance service charges, collection of these service charges, establishing rules & regulations for all activities conducted within the premises’ shared common facilities, implementing HSE guidelines, safety & security, traffic controls, etc.

We comply with all RERA approved and established guidelines and processes, and ensure their implementation.
